Starting at $275
A Professional Home Stager will visit your home or listing for an initial consultation and provide home-owners with full recommendations as to what they can do to help speed up the sale process. Following the Stager will return to the home and spend up to 4 hours re-arranging furniture and accessories to ensure rooms are cohesive and have best possible use of space. Before and After photos will be taken and released to both the Home-Owner & Real-Estate agent for use on MLS!

Full-Day Home Make-Over
Starting at $399
A Professional Home Stager will visit your home or listing for an initial consultation and provide home-owners with full recommendations as to what they can do to help speed up the sale process. Following the Stager will return to the home and spend up to 8 hours re-arranging furniture and accessories to ensure rooms are cohesive and have best possible use of space. Before and After photos will be taken and released to both the Home-Owner & Real-Estate agent for use on MLS!

The S.O.S Staging Package
Starting at $1150
This package suits home-owners who are in need of a helping hand with different tasks that need to be done before they are ready to list.
Up to 3 full days (8 hours per day) for a home stager to come in and help with packing, de-cluttering, organizing, paint touch ups and whatever else needs to be done to get the home on the market on time. On the 3rd and final day, the home will be staged and ready to sell. Before and After photos will be taken and released to both the Home-Owner & Real-Estate agent for use on MLS!
