We hired Suzanne to stage our bungalow in preparation for putting our house on the market. Having never used a stager before, we did not know what to expect. Well, we were amazed at the transformation she made in our home! Even in small rooms where rearranging the furniture was not possible, she somehow made the space look completely different and welcoming. Because of her work, the MLS photos were fantastic, which drew daily showings and attracted an unusually large crowd to our open house. Our small bungalow now looked like a spacious, modern, inviting house which felt like a show home. The house sold in 8 days at close to list price in a market that was struggling to recover from the economic downturn. We give Suzanne all the credit; her staging played a key role in the successful sale of our home. We would never again sell a house without staging.
